A Little About Us
We are a diverse family of believers who are admittedly imperfect but have been cleansed by the blood of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Because of this amazing grace that we have received, we seek to live in a way that honors the heavenly Father who has adopted us. We are not perfect people but those who have accepted Christ’s forgiveness and now seek to serve Him with the help of one another and the power of the Holy Spirit. Service to one another and God is important because we are part of Christ’s body, the church, and are His hands and feet in this world.
We Praise God Joyfully and Thankfully
Explore our Worship.
Worship is our response to the grace and love that God so freely gives to us. We meet on the first day of the week (Sunday) to celebrate our risen Lord who has saved us from our sins. Our worship is not formal but is heartfelt and Bible based.
Scripture is Inspired by God
We believe that the Bible is the greatest source of truth.
Worship is centered around the Word including the Word Incarnate, Jesus Christ (John 1:14). We worship God the Father in relationship with Jesus the Son through whom we have access to God. Jesus is the embodiment of God’s Word, the Scripture. We also worship God the Holy Spirit who is given to us at baptism (Acts 2:38). When we gather for worship, the Bible is read and explained so that all people can understand it. Scripture tells us who God is, what He is doing in the world, and His desire for us to have a relationship with Him.
